Orders are processed on the same day they are placed, being placed before 14:00h on business days. Packages are generally shipped within 24-72 hours on business days after leaving our warehouse.
Important: working days are understood to be those days from Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding holidays and weekends).
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part based on the price or weight of the products included in the package. It is recommended that you make your purchases in a single order to avoid paying additional shipping costs.

Delivery in 24-72 hours on business days (period that can be extended in situations of major cause due to saturation of logistics centers or overload of the courier service).
- Fixed shipping cost of 3.95€ tax incl. (shipments weighing less than 20kg) and variable if it exceeds the indicated weight.
- Available for any point of Spain and Portugal, within the Peninsula (islands are excluded for this carrier).
- Shipping type available for registered users and guests.
MRW Balearic Islands:
- Delivery in 3 - 5 working days (period that can be extended in situations of major cause due to saturation of logistics centers or overload of the courier service).
- Fixed shipping cost of 14.95 € tax incl. (shipments weighing less than 20kg) and variable if it exceeds the weight indicated.
- Available only and exclusively for all the Balearic Islands.
- Shipping type available for registered users and guests.
Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- These territories are outside the VAT territory of the European Union and therefore VAT will not be applied to orders placed by customers in these areas. However, these orders may be subject to local import and/or customs duties. Shipment will be made by Correos every week (holidays not included).
- The delivery time can be about 7 - 10 working days.
- In the Canary Islands, there is a fixed shipping cost of 24,95€ tax incl. (shipments weighing less than 20kg) with a maximum weight of 20kg which cannot be exceeded.
- In Ceuta and Melilla, there is a fixed shipping cost of 19,95€ tax incl. (shipments weighing less than 20kg) with a maximum weight of 20kg which cannot be exceeded. *

** DUA (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): The DUA is the administrative document used to comply with customs formalities such as export, import or transit. In addition, it serves as the basis for the subsequent tax declaration and constitutes a support of information on the goods, their origin, value, taxes, etc. The SAD fee is applied on each shipment (not on each product) and is stipulated by the transport company.
